This short illustrated explainer was developed as a solution to a design challenge presented during the hiring process for my position at BBC News.

I was granted creative freedom to present the script in a visually engaging manner, opting for a social-first square format that was characteristic of many Instagram graphics at the time. The use of flat illustrations aimed to simplify a complex concept, while anchoring various elements in reality, such as incorporating the actual colors of the seats in each House.
